Important Changes to Our Membership Process

As we prepare for our open enrollment period beginning June 2026, we’re making significant changes to our membership structure and process – changes that make it easier for members to stay engaged, increase access to resources and benefits, and allow OFMA to sustain its work strengthening and promoting farmers markets.

What's changing? Three things:

  • After two years of free membership, the association will reintroduce membership dues. These dues support continued delivery of education, resources, and engagement opportunities for our members.

  • Membership will expand to include entrepreneurs and businesses that vend at Oregon farmers markets. This change helps deepens relationships between market operators and local small businesses to ensure our members are making markets welcoming for all.

  • A new virtual platform will support enrollment, engagement, and education, while also providing a centralized place to access membership benefits, securely pay dues, and share data and information that helps strengthen understanding of Oregon’s farmers markets.

More details will be shared soon, including membership dues, enrollment steps, and a full list of benefits. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
